What is the cost of each cookie?

Our cookies start at $2.50 each and that price can vary depending on size and level of detail. Please contact us for a quote.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 12 cookies per order.

Are there discounts for large orders?

YES! We do offer discounts for large orders. Please contact us for a quote.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Every cookie we make is made to order and hand decorated. This attention to detail and quality takes time, so we are only able to take so many orders per week.  It is best to contact us as soon as possible to book your date. 2 weeks notice would be great. Contact us for availability.

When is payment due?

Full payment is due at the time of order.

What payment method do you accept?

Payments can be via PayPal, email money transfers or by cheque ($30 fee will be charged for NSF cheque).

What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made by telephone. If a cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the event – 75% will be refunded. If the cancellation is made with less than 10 days to the event 25% will be refunded. No refund shall be given if an order is cancelled within 2 days of the event.

Changes: Changes to an order can be made up to 10 days prior to an event at no additional charge. Changes made within 10 days of the event are subject to an additional charge.

Are your cookies nut free?

Our decorated sugar cookies DO NOT contain nuts. However, we do use almonds for other products in our kitchen – so our facility is not nut free.

Do you offer consultations?

We do offer consultations for weddings, showers or any other large orders.

What are my packaging options?

Each cookie is individually wrapped in cello bag and tied with satin ribbon at no additional cost.  Other packaging options and custom gift tags are also available.
